Budget Justification

Champion Stipends ($20,000)

Teacher stipends recognize the significant time commitment (40 hours intensive + ongoing mentorship) and professional value Champions contribute. The $1,000 per Champion rate aligns with district professional development compensation norms and demonstrates respect for educator time.

Training Materials & Tools ($8,000)

Includes:

  • AI tool subscriptions for training environments
  • Curriculum materials development
  • Lesson library platform
  • Reference resources and guides

Facilitator Compensation ($12,000)

Covers:

  • Lead facilitator for program coordination and Module 1/4 delivery
  • Four discipline cohort leads for Module 2 subject-specific sessions
  • Guest expertise for specialized content

Observation & Assessment ($4,000)

Covers:

  • Training and calibration of classroom observers
  • ACIR rubric development and validation
  • Data collection and analysis support
